  • Closed a $200K ARR deal, the largest in Smartlead's history. New enterprise benchmark set across agencies, startups and integration partners.
  • Built the entire outbound engine from nothing. Domain setup, Clay enrichment, ICP targeting, sequences. Got it to 150+ qualified demos per month.
  • Demo-to-close rate went up 35% after I rebuilt the qualification process and tightened how we ran calls.
  • Automated 60% of sales ops using n8n, Make and Smartlead. CRM updates, lead routing, follow-ups. The team got back real time to actually sell.
  • Built the partnerships motion from the ground up. Co-marketing and ecosystem deals with GTM tool vendors through Clay and LinkedIn integrations.
  • Worked directly with the CEO and Head of Growth on GTM direction, product roadmap input and partnership expansion. Not a siloed sales role.

  • Stepped into the Head of Sales role and tripled company revenue in 9 months. There was no playbook. I built it.
  • Designed the full sales structure from SDR through AM to CSM. Defined every role, handoff, quota and process from scratch.
  • Had 3 Senior Account Managers and 3 SDRs reporting directly to me. Also reported directly to the founder, which meant close alignment on strategy and fast decisions.
  • Hired, onboarded and coached the new sales team. Built it up from nothing into a team that consistently hit numbers.
  • Grew new account acquisition by 200% by going into new verticals and sharpening the ICP so we were targeting the right people.
  • 108% upsell revenue from existing accounts. 20% of clients adopted new product lines through consultative account work, not just renewals.
  • Opened new inbound channels including events, organic content and referral networks to reduce dependence on pure outbound.
  • Joined as Sr. Account Manager, recognised as the top performer and promoted to Head of Sales. The numbers made the case, not tenure.

  • Built a brand new learning programme from scratch and took it all the way to becoming the flagship product for the business unit.
  • Was the highest individual revenue generator multiple times before moving into leadership. Proved the numbers before managing them.
  • Led a team of 8 to 10 Learning Consultants. Weekly pipeline reviews, call coaching, quota tracking, the full picture.
  • Hit over 1 Crore in monthly team revenue. B2C at high volume is a very different skill set from B2B and it made me a sharper closer.
  • Took underperformers through structured PIPs and coaching. Most turned it around. A few ended up in the top 3 on the team.
